In a statement to Planet Parody an Israeli Spokesman stated that the IDF had tragically mistaken the aid convey for children. “Normally no one cares when we kill children so we thought this time would be no different but we were wrong and so that we are deeply sorry”
Some are doubtful that this is the truth and that the IDF deliberately strayed from their targeting of children. In this particular case, after the first car was struck by an Israeli rocket, survivors of that assault tried to reach a second can and could quite easily be identified as adults. The IDF spokesman refused to comment on whether the IDF was now deliberately targeting adults, in particular military aged men.
